**Please note, there is not level 1-6 Bankai. Bankai is a higher level of mastery, and higher ranking, Under normal circumstances only a Captian or Advanced Vice-Captian would have Ban-kai, and then only those who have trained for years will have a very high ranking Ban-kai. Let alone the second release. There are of course exceptions to every rule, but if you wish to have it that way be incredibly detailed. or it won't be approved. As it stands during game play you can increase the rank of your Shi-kai and or Ban-kai but the game flow has to warrant it.
Level 7 Ban-kai equals a level 10 Shi-kai and takes 50 years of intense training to reach first level Ban-kai
Level 8: 100 years of training
Level 9: 150 years of training
Level 10 200 years of Training
Level 11: 250years of Training and 2nd release.
Level 12: 300 years of training
level 13: 350 years of training
Level 14: 400years of training
level 15: 450 years of training
